John T. Aquino has served as editor and publisher for publications issued by the American Association of Colleges for Teacher Education, Music Educators National Conference, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Environmental Industry Associations. The EIA's publication Waste Age won the Folio Magazine Editorial Excellence Award in its field and an anthology of its articles, which Mr. Aquino edited, was published in book form by Lewis' Publishers.
Mr. Aquino was also a vice president for Hanley-Wood Inc., a publisher of magazines in the housing and light construction field.
As a legal editor for Bloomberg BNA, the legal publisher, Mr. Aquino has written several hundred articles, covering intellectual property, life sciences, and medical research issues.
On his own, Mr. Aquino has written two books, hundreds of articles, and fiction.
